Well last month was certainly interesting Ryan was sent away to California on a business trip, at first it was only going to be for a few days and as things went on it ended up that he was gone for 8 days! Needless to say I was not thrilled to be a single parent for that long, especially because Megan decided that she was going to be extra clingy while Ryan was gone. So he flew out on a Sunday night and didn't get back till late the following Monday. Then spent the rest of that week working long hours here at the office too. So after two long weeks we decided it was time for a vacation and we last minute booked a hotel in Flagstaff for three nights. The weather was a little warm for me (it was hotter than Hades here in the valley) but it was nice in the evenings. We stayed at the Little America hotel, and got the room for $70 a night (normally $140) through priceline! It was great we hung out lots and just took it easy, Megan's first vacation was a success, although we did find out that since switching to a crib Megan doesn't sleep so well in the pack and play. Overall it was great vacation and we really didn't want to come back to the heat!
Not too sure about the our first time in grass.
But she decided that it was pretty fun after all.
We went to the Deer Farm near Williams, AZ and Megan just loved all of the animals she was allowed to touch!
